Delivery Policy –
Delivery charges vary per postcode and requirements.
Express Delivery- Express delivery is possible but must be requested and quoted. The price for this is subject to postcode and items/items ordered and may vary depending on this.
Standard Delivery – 2 – 5 days delivery for Mainland UK.
Economy Delivery 7 – 10 working days for Mainland UK
Delivery to Isle Of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the Highlands are not included and must be quoted for separately, subject to the product(s) you require. Please contact us to help you arrange your delivery.
*All charges are plus VAT at standard rate.
Mainland UK = Except Scottish highlands, offshore UK islands including Channel Islands & Northern Ireland
Up to 2kg = £3.50 - £10.00 on economy service
2kg to 10kg = £ 10.95 plus 80p per kilo thereafter
Anything more than this will be quoted for as per item and postcode

DELIVERY TIMES & COVID-19
During these challenging times we are working closely with our suppliers, couriers and hauliers to ensure the safe processing, packaging, and delivering of our products. This means that preventative measures are being taken within factories and offices, and contactless deliveries are now being made, and no signature will be required.
Due to the current situation, we've experienced difficulty receiving some stock, and have also witnessed an increase in sales. We kindly ask you to be understanding of delays that may occur. We are now advising delivery lead times on all orders of minimum 10 working days, with our target to deliver items within 10-15 working days. Delivery may fluctuate slightly before or after this estimated window, so your patience is appreciated during these times.
If you are looking for your products sooner, please contact us to see if we can assist. We will advise you of your delivery status and help you arrange your delivery within around 10 working days of your order being placed, often much sooner.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays.
Please inform us of any delivery restrictions as we may be unable to deliver if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck. This would unfortunately result in refunded products or additional delivery charges.
REFUNDS & COMPLICATIONS
In the rare event that your item is shown as 'in stock' on our website, but we have run out of stock, we will contact you immediately arrange a refund, advise of when stock will be coming back in, or offer an alternative product that you are just as happy with. We don't capture payments until our team are confident that stock has been allocated and the order is correct.
In the rare occasion that the product(s) you have ordered has arrived faulty or damaged then you will need to contact us to arrange collection, and your account will be refunded in full upon arrival back to us and the unit assessed. If an item is damaged, we will endeavour to send out a replacement part as quickly as possible.
